WALLET NOTES / TERVO
One backup.
Keep it yours.
Your recovery phrase can restore the wallet on another device. Anyone who obtains it may control the assets. TERVO does not store a copy and cannot reset it for you. Your app password and fingerprint protect this device; they do not replace a recovery phrase.
Make a private offline backup
Write the words in their exact order and complete the app’s backup check. Keep the backup protected from other people, loss and physical damage. Avoid shared photos, messages and cloud notes. This website never asks you to enter a phrase.
Restore inside the app
Install the official app on a trusted device, choose the import option and enter the phrase there. If you used several accounts from one phrase, add them again in their original order to recover the corresponding addresses. A missing token view is not proof that on-chain assets are gone; also check the account and network.
