What is a PWA?

PWA stands for Progressive Web App: a web application that supported browsers can add to your home screen or install on a computer. Open the official wallet URL to get started, without an app-store download. Installation options depend on your browser; this is the web wallet, not a native iOS app.

Add to your home screen

iPhone · Safari

  1. Open app.tervowallet.com in Safari.
  2. Choose Share → Add to Home Screen.
  3. Enable Open as Web App if shown, then tap Add.

Android

  1. Open app.tervowallet.com in your browser.
  2. Use Install or Add to Home Screen when offered.
  3. Follow the browser prompt, then open the new icon.

Computer browser

  1. Open app.tervowallet.com on your computer.
  2. If your browser offers an install icon or menu item, select it.
  3. Otherwise, keep using the wallet in the browser.

On iPhone, add it to your home screen before creating or importing a wallet. Safari and the installed web app may use separate storage. If your wallet is missing in the other context, restore it with your backed-up recovery phrase.

If the install option is unavailable, use the wallet in your browser. In an embedded browser such as WeChat, open the URL in your system browser first. Browser menus and device support can vary.

Everyday wallet features

Scan a QR code to fill the address

Scan a receiving QR code to reduce manual entry. The PWA supports camera scanning and QR images from your photo library, processed on your device. Check the full address and network before sending.

Chinese phrases with positive characters

Create a 12-character Chinese recovery phrase drawn from 1,318 selected characters in the BIP39 Simplified Chinese wordlist. Easier to read and copy for Chinese readers; English phrases are also available.

Copy your address or save a receiving image

Choose your receiving network, copy its address with one tap, or save an image containing the QR code, address and network. In the PWA, use the system share panel or image preview to save, depending on your browser.

What this version supports

Send and receive USDT on Ethereum, TRON and BNB Smart Chain. Pay network fees with ETH, TRX or BNB. The web interface currently uses Chinese; sponsored fees and DApp connections are not available in this version.

Backup and security

Your recovery phrase is encrypted on this device. Back it up before receiving funds: clearing website data or changing devices can remove the local wallet. TERVO cannot recover a lost phrase.

Always check app.tervowallet.com. The web wallet receives its code and updates from the website, which has a different security boundary from an installed app. Never share your recovery phrase or password with support.
