WALLET NOTES / TERVO

Know your wallet.
Know what it supports.

TERVO is a self-custody Android USDT wallet for TRON, Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain. This page collects the supported networks, account model, fee options and recovery information in one place. Check the app confirmation screen for the options available to a specific transfer.

Supported platform and networks

The current release is an Android APK and requires Android 8.0 or later. There is no released iOS version. USDT is supported on TRON (TRC20), Ethereum (ERC20) and BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). Sending to another network requires a separate supported route; a similar address format is not enough.

Wallets, accounts and control

Import independent wallets from recovery phrases or private keys and switch between their accounts. A recovery-phrase wallet can have multiple derived accounts; a private-key wallet has one account. Wallet secrets are encrypted locally and the website never requires a phrase or private key. Independent wallets require separate backups; accounts under one phrase share its recovery and security risks.

Fee options and service boundaries

Supported Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain paths may offer USDT fee payment when a valid quote is available. TRON options depend on the resources and quote shown for the transfer. Network fees, service fees and receiving-platform fees are separate. TERVO manages on-chain assets; bank settlement, fiat conversion, invoicing and CFD order execution are separate services.

Common questions

Can I send USDT without ETH or BNB?

Yes, on supported Ethereum or BNB Smart Chain paths when TERVO offers a valid USDT fee quote. Check the total deduction and any first-use authorisation before signing. If no quote is offered, use another available method; this does not make the network fee disappear.

Do multiple accounts need separate recovery phrases?

Derived accounts under the same phrase share that phrase as their backup. Independently imported wallets need their own original phrase or private key. Account names and avatars are not recovery secrets. Re-add derived accounts in the original order and verify their addresses when restoring.

Why is a confirmed transfer not credited by a platform yet?

Blockchain confirmation and platform crediting are different steps. A platform may require more confirmations, a minimum amount or a valid payment order. Check the network, destination and transaction hash against its instructions, then contact the receiving platform with the public transaction details.
