WALLET NOTES / TERVO

A trader’s USDT wallet guide: funding, fees and accounts

TERVO can help CFD, forex and leveraged traders organise USDT receiving and sending outside their trading platform. Use wallets and accounts for different purposes, check transaction history and review transfer costs. Trading balances, margin and positions remain with the trading platform.

When a wallet transfer fits the funding method

A transfer is technically compatible when the receiving platform accepts USDT on a network TERVO supports and permits transfers from your self-custody wallet. Check the exact account, legal entity, region, minimum amount, wallet-source rules and current payment instructions. A Binance Pay request or another internal payment code is not an ordinary blockchain address.

Funding and withdrawal checks

For funding, obtain fresh payment instructions from the platform, select the matching network in TERVO and review the address, amount and quote. For withdrawal, copy your selected TERVO account’s receiving address for the required network. Deposit support does not prove that the same withdrawal route is available. Platform crediting and processing times are controlled by the platform.

Organise funds by purpose

Use account names such as trading funds and daily spending to reduce selection mistakes. Verify the active account before sharing an address or sending. Switching accounts does not transfer money or reduce trading risk; TERVO does not calculate margin or execute CFD trades.

Import independent wallets and organise their accounts. Keep a separate backup for each wallet.

Illustrative balances, addresses and fees. Check the live quote before sending; do not send funds to preview addresses.

Compare the complete cost

Review the quote before confirming. Network fees, a wallet service fee and a receiving platform’s charges are different costs. TERVO shows available payment options; availability and prices can change. A service-fee promotion does not automatically remove network or third-party charges.

Keep each wallet’s backup

Independent wallets need their own recovery phrase or private-key backup. Accounts derived from one phrase share its backup and security risks. Account names organise your view; they do not provide anonymity, move funds or separate the security of accounts sharing a phrase.

A practical payment workflow

  1. Open the platform’s current funding page and confirm that your account accepts USDT and your chosen network.
  2. Create a valid deposit order if required. Check the address, minimum amount, expiry and sender-wallet rules.
  3. Use the matching TERVO account, review the full quote and save the hash after sending.
  4. Check platform crediting separately. For withdrawals, copy the matching TERVO receiving address and follow platform requirements.

Payment details to agree on

Asset and network
USDT + the network both parties accept: TRON / Ethereum / BNB Smart Chain.
Full receiving address
Obtain from the recipient’s current receiving screen or valid payment order; verify the entire address after pasting.
Amount and fee responsibility
State the USDT amount to receive and who pays network, service and recipient charges.
Reference and completion condition
Deposit or withdrawal order reference, minimum amount, required confirmations and internal crediting status.

Fill in the actual details together. This is a checklist, not an address generated by TERVO or an invoice.

Worked example

A platform accepts only TRC20 for a particular deposit order. Use TRON USDT even if the same platform supports ERC20 elsewhere. If the order expires, obtain new instructions. A successful hash does not prove margin funds are available in the trading account.

Questions for this use case

Does TERVO work with every broker or platform?

Do not assume that. Compatibility depends on your platform account, jurisdiction, accepted asset and network, and sender requirements. TERVO provides the wallet side of supported on-chain transfers, not a broker partnership or deposit guarantee.

Does TERVO execute leveraged trades?

No. TERVO manages supported on-chain assets and transfers. Trading, leverage, margin and liquidation rules are determined by the trading service. Receiving funds in TERVO is separate from opening or maintaining a trading position.
