Message our support bot for app help. It is the only official TERVO account on Telegram, and it only replies after you write to it.

Report a vulnerability, a fake TERVO website or app, or someone impersonating TERVO.

Questions about the privacy policy or how the app handles data.
Protect yourself from scams
TERVO will never message you first, and will never ask for your recovery phrase, private key or app password. Anyone who does is not TERVO. We can’t recover a wallet or reverse a transfer, so be wary of anyone who offers to.
Our only official Telegram account is @TervoSupportBot. Accounts with similar names, groups or anyone who messages you first claiming to be TERVO are impostors.
